Not a lot of bells and whistles, but this is a great option for light fitness. It's very well made and was easy to put together. (They even provide the tools!) I was impressed at how stable and quite the bike is. It doesn't take up much space and is very easy to slide around the room on the integrated front wheels. This is just enough machine to loosen the legs and get your heart rate up. If you want a serious workout, however, you should consider something else.
