Just like all the other complaints- mine came like a bomb destroyed it. I called Amazon, they immediately shipped another. The new bike came with a cracked shroud, which Nautilus (the maker) replaced. I was not happy having to return the item myself to a UPS store- and pay the $188.00 shipping upfront, 2 rolls of shipping tape to fix the box, etc. Amazon did process the refund promptly. In hindsite, I don't know if the original bike I received was a previously returned item; it was so torn apart in the box it was hard to tell. The product itself has performed flawlessly. I am a loyal Amazon customer and will continue to be.
