Shipping: I read a lot of negative reviews on receiving busted up boxes, missing pieces, scratched merchandise, etc. Mine was shipped ABF and was pretty much flawless. There were a couple of holes in the outer cardboard, but it was shipped through a freight hauler, and was shipped FREE.
Assembly: I read one review where the purchaser took 4 hours to put the bike together. He must have been using his left hand in the dark. I stuck this together in 90 minutes, taking my time and no help from my wife with directions. All pieces were included through use of a shrink wrap system for hardware, and all necessary tools for assembley are INCLUDED!
User Friendly: The bike is easy to use, and directions are detailed, yet simple to follow. I wanted to spend time exercising, not playing with gizzmos.
Only Disappointment: My only let down was the day I got the bike, Amazon put them on sale for $50 less than what I paid. I have an email in to them asking for credit. I am hopeful they will make a good business decision and rebate the difference.
