Low Price Schwinn 230 Recumbent Exercise Bike

Over All Rating Reviews :
We purchased this after our "auction special" upright exercise bike gave out. My husband is 6' 3" and I am 5' 2". I was not used to a recumbent and felt the reach was a little far for me, so my husband put blocks on the pedals. After 6 weeks of using the bike, I have moved the seat back a notch, so the bike actually fits both of us well. It is a good work-out with a nice choice of programs and levels. We put it together within a couple of hours on the afternoon that it arrived; the directions were easy to follow and we liked that the small parts (screws, knobs) were sealed on a labeled cardboard so that it was easy to use the correct item each time. My husband had given up riding the upright exercise bike, due to problems with his back. He was riding a regular road recumbent; this allows him the option of either riding outside or in the basement while watching TV. The lumbar support on the seat is nice, and it's easy to adjust the seat back and forth to adapt to our needs. We had no issues with the shipping container or delivery process.

Top 10 Places to Buy Schwinn 230 Recumbent Exercise Bike

Over All Rating Reviews :
My wife and I bought this bike to work our during the winter, and it has been great so far. Assembly was easy, but the box is a little heavy, so you will probably need someone to help you move it around. There is a great range of resistances. Level 1 is almost nothing, and Level 16 you REALLY have to work at. I usually end up doing level 6-8, so there is plenty of room to adjust depending on the workout I want. The bike is also silent, so it is easy to watch TV while riding. The only bad thing I have to say is that the foot straps aren't that easy to adjust quickly between riders, and sometimes get caught. We just took them off, because there really wasn't much of a need for them.
